I had the opportunity to work with Mark as the shop foreman at Minnesota Millwork and fixtures. He came to work for me from the corporate world with very little experience. After showing that he was a quick learner and hard worker. We gave him an opportunity in our booth department. He proved our confidence correct and did a very nice job.
