I had the opportunity to work with Mark as the shop foreman at Minnesota Millwork and fixtures. He came to work for me from the corporate world with very little experience. After showing that he was a quick learner and hard worker. We gave him an opportunity in our booth department. He proved our confidence correct and did a very nice job. He learned construction techniques quickly and was able to read the prints with very little problem. He eventually worked his way to leading our booth department and led a group of 5 through some very big projects. Through his time with us he was a hardworking, responsive employee.
